Rent collection Services charge to the landlord for collecting rent:- At 4% inc. VAT of rents receivable based on a period of 12 months.

We are a registered member of Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.

We also offer additional services for landlords with larger portfolios, or those who want guaranteed rent and long-term leases.
